Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling

Your time is valuable, so please be on time for your session. Your appointment is your personal block of time, and if you are late, it is time lost from your session.

In the event that you need to cancel a session, AT LEAST ONE FULL WORKING DAY'S NOTICE IS REQUIRED in order to allow time to attempt to fill the empty session.

IF YOU DO NOT CALL BY 10AM THE DAY BEFORE YOUR SESSION, YOU ARE LIABLE FOR THE FULL SESSION FEE.

Likewise, if Allan cancels without adequate notice, he will owe you a free session. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Unless the ferries completely mess him up, Allan will be there for your session!

RANT ON CANCELLATIONS

Shall I repeat it one more time? YOU MUST CANCEL BY TELEPHONE CALL! Do you have any idea how many times I've sat around waiting for someone to show up, and when I finally track them down, heard, "Oh, you didn't get my text?" Too many. Texting is unreliable and is not accepted as a means to cancel your session. If you don't show up and i didn't get your text, you didn't cancel.


IF YOU ARE SICK, DO US BOTH A FAVOR AND RESCHEDULE. No one wants to be sick, least of all, me. If you are sick, you should be in bed or at a doctor's office. I like you, but I don't want your illness; please do not show up sick, or I will send you home. I am very lenient with rescheduling owing to illness, believe me. It is worth it to me not to have you show up!
